Sam Forman, Director at Gambit Corporate Finance, has been awarded Insider Magazine’s ‘Emerging Dealmaker of the Year’ for 2023.
He has previously been shortlisted for the accolade on four other occasions, evidencing his contribution to deal making in the market.
Sam led and advised on several transactions in the year to 30 June 2023 with a total deal value in excess of £150 million. This included TDS’s disposal of its Voice Practice Compliance business to LDC-backed Kerv, Premier Forest Group’s acquisition of Decorpanel and Veezu’s acquisition of City Taxi’s and Excel. During his 8-year tenure at Gambit, Sam has over 40 completed transactions with a cumulative value approaching £700 million.
In addition to M&A advisory, Sam leads Gambit’s Software & IT Services sector team Gambit’s interaction with Corporate Finance International and is working on live cross-border and multi-jurisdictional mandates.
