New hire and three promotions at Gambit Corporate Finance

Gambit Corporate Finance LLP has welcomed a colleague to their award-winning advisory team. Koo Aseeley has joined the firm as an Executive.

Koo is a graduate from Cardiff University where he obtained a first-class honours degree in Accounting and Finance.  Koo qualified as an ACA with PWC in London and subsequently worked for Menzies in its Corporate Finance team.

As an Executive of the firm, Koo will assist the Partners working on transactions across a range of sectors, including disposals, acquisitions, management buyouts and fundraising assignments.

In addition, Gambit has promoted three of its team:

Sam Forman is promoted to Associate Director as of December 2020. Sam joined the firm in 2015 and has fully embraced the Gambit culture and work ethos. Through hard-work, dedication, and perseverance Sam has built an exemplary career at Gambit demonstrating what can be achieved.  He is also responsible for Gambit’s liaison with its international colleagues in 18 countries via Corporate Finance International BV (www.thecfigroup.com).

Additionally, Nick Gallagher and Michael Dunn, who will both be promoted to Executive as of December 2020.
