The acquisition of Newport Wafer Fab by Neptune 6 from Infineon Technologies was also recognised as the ‘Deal of the Year’, a deal in which Gambit acted as lead advisor to Neptune 6. Gambit’s role included providing strategic and financial advice to Neptune 6, sourcing funding and leading commercial negotiations.
Geraint Rowe, Partner said “we are extremely proud of the firm’s recognition and success in 2017/18.
