GAMBIT Corporate Finance has appointed Lucinda Dargavel as its researcher and knowledge transfer partnership (KTP) associate on a two-year DTI-sponsored initiative.
Ms Dargavel will be working with Cardiff University and Gambit, where she joins a leading succession planning team to devise a specific methodology for identifying key succession planning issues faced by Welsh businesses.
This will involve researching, analysing, establishing and ultimately executing succession strategies that will deliver significant benefits to stakeholders and help ensure the ongoing success of their businesses.
A graduate of Cardiff University herself, Ms Dargavel has a proven marketing background.
She believes her new role will expose her to numerous opportunities within the Welsh SME market, while giving businesses a dedicated resource to address investment realisation issues.
