Director joins award winning team at Gambit Corporate finance

Gambit Corporate Finance has expanded its advisory team recruiting Jonathan Stott as a Director.

Jonathan is a big 4 qualified Chartered Accountant, with over 20 years’ experience of delivering strategic and operational solutions across a diverse range of industries.  He is highly commercial with a proven track record of delivering major financial transactions, with extensive experience in acquisitions, due diligence, and fundraising.

Jonathan was previously Finance Director at Castleoak and during his tenure raised over £200m in equity funding for the development, construction and operation of retirement homes in the UK.  He was heavily involved in the establishment of ‘new to market’ retirement living product in the UK and negotiated with a Dutch Operator to bring its unique operating model to the UK.

Jonathan will be providing a leading role supporting the Partners in the origination and execution of M&A transactions in the mid-market. He will add value by working with Gambit’s clients to create, augment and ultimately realise capital value. He will utilise his cross border deal execution experience.
