Sam is a key member of Gambit’s transaction team and is involved in a range of Corporate Finance services, including disposals, debt and equity fundraising, management buy-outs and acquisitions both in the UK and internationally. Recent transactions and notable clients include Nodor International, Premier Forest Products, Veezu, Komoo, Creo Medical and TDS.
Sam leads Gambit’s Software & IT Service sector focus, advising owners and managers of technology businesses in growing and realising shareholder value. SITS transaction experience includes the sale of Do-IT to Lexxic, MWC Partners’ sale to Vesta Software, the sale of TDS’s Voice Practice Business to Kerv and Certus’ sale to SysGroup.
He also leads Gambit’s daily interaction with other CFI Group members.
He was awarded Insider Magazine’s ‘’Young Dealmaker of the Year’’ in 2023, and ‘Dealmaker of the Year 2025.
Sam is a member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments. He holds the ICAEW Corporate Finance Qualification and was one of the youngest UK members to obtain the qualification.
