Simon joined Gambit in 2002 after three years corporate finance experience with KPMG. He is a member of the Cardiff team focusing on transactions in the business services sector. Simon has worked extensively with UK private equity backed businesses and his transactional experience includes a wide variety of disposals, management buy-outs, fundraisings and restructurings. He recently completed the €10 million refinancing of Standard Brands, which is backed by Graphite Capital Partners.

Simon is a member of the Business Services team within Corporate Finance International.

Simon is a Business Economics and Accounting graduate from Southampton University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG.
